Maintenance

(1) Carry out the maintenance work before and after the shift according to the regulations. After the inspection before operation, it should be tested once in the full height, and the damp condition of each electrical component should also be checked after rain. Problems are found and dealt with in a timely manner.
(2) Check and ensure that the upper, lower, left, and right rollers are securely fastened, and that the bolts of the rack back wheel and the transmission base plate are not deformed or loosened.
(3) Check the function of the limit switches of the single, double and bottom cage doors of the ladder cage and related limit switches of the superelevation, ground, counterweight lifting points, emergency switches, limit circuit breakers, etc. should be normal, and test the circuit breaker action separately. .

(4) Check that the functions of cables and leakage protectors should be reliable, there should be no open circuit in the protective grounding, and there should be no welding machine load in the external distribution box.
(5) Regularly check the rack wire rope, the frequency conversion speed control device and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic elevator and stipulate the maintenance.
(6) Do a good job of cleaning the whole machine, and carry out lubricating operations according to regulations.
(7) Check the braking stroke and separation sensitivity of the brake, and there should be no noise and overheating during operation.
(8) Check that all the connecting screws of the guide rail derrick structure should be free from loosening, deformation, weld fracture and other phenomena.
